Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for part-time or PRN roles in Colorado. We provide a collaborative, supportive team environment and two large rehab gyms with dedicated SLP spaces.

You will assess and treat residents to help them regain independence in communication and swallowing, supporting their daily living goals. Qualifications include an active CO SLP license and dysphagia experience; post-acute or SNF background is a plus.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in CO
• Dysphagia experience required
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus, but not required
