Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist. Shift: Part-time or PRN. We offer a compassionate, collaborative team environment in a welcoming space with two rehab gyms and SLP treatment rooms.

Candidates must hold an active CO license in Speech-Language Pathology; dysphagia experience is required or preferred. Prior SNF/post-acute experience is a plus. Rate range is $42-$52 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in CO.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting.
• Assess and treat dysphagia and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient independence.
