Job description

Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for part time, full time and per diem positions at Cross Keys Village in New Oxford, PA.

Details:

Full Time - 30-40 hrs/week
Part Time - up to 29 hrs/week
Per Diem - flexible, as needed coverage with no minimum coverage requirements
Setting: Continuing Care Retirement Community (SNF/PC/IL/Memory Care)
EMR: Net Health
Full Time Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/Accident/Disability/Life/Critical Illness coverages in addition to all listed part time benefits
Part Time Benefits: 401K, PTO/Paid Holidays, Continuing Education University

Qualifications:

  1. Active PA SLP License in good standing
  2. CPR certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross
  3. Covid vaccination or religious/medical exemption (boosters not required)
  4. TB/PPD test within the past 12 months

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Providing effective and specialized therapy services
  2. Recording patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation in Net Health
  3. Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
  4. Provide guidance to family members and facility staff
  5. Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff and fellow team members
  6. Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
