Job summary

AnthroMed Education (School Services) seeks a part-time School Speech-Language Pathologist to join a welcoming elementary team. You will work with students in grades 2–6 to address speech and language needs within a multidisciplinary setting.

This role offers mentorship and collaboration with teachers and specialists, with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads evolve. AAC support and documentation in schools are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
  • Prior experience with documentation in the schools, including evaluations and IEPs is preferred.
  • Familiarity and comfort supporting severe needs students is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students in grades 2–6.
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students with severe behavioral and intellectual challenges.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving.

School Speech-Language Pathologist | Part Time

Our partner elementary school is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist, to join their welcoming team! At AnthroMed Education, we focus on creating the best environment for our SLPs to achieve excellent student outcomes.

In this role, you will make an impact with students who have severe profound behavioral and intellectual challenges. You will be working in a supportive district and on a multidisciplinary team. This position has opportunity to become full time dependent on caseload numbers and need as the school year progresses.

  • This program supports students with the most severe-profound behavioral and intellectual challenges
  • The treating SLP should be familiar with and passionate about supporting behaviors and AAC implementation.
  • You will be working with grades 2-6
  • Access to shared office space

What you'll bring:
