Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics in Lakewood, New Jersey, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a part-time TEMP, school-based role. This position offers exclusive school placement with no travel and runs 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, two days a week.

The assignment lasts 2–3 months with compensation for the full school day, including prep, note time, and lunch. NJ SLP license and NJ School Certification are required, with opportunities for statewide and nationwide roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in New Jersey.
• NJ School Certification required.
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and school-based services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Developing and implementing IEPs for students.
• Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
