Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (PT) to join our flexible team.

This role offers both per-diem and full/part-time schedules with up to 40 hours per week, across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. You will deliver high-quality speech therapy, help evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document patient progress, and support rehabilitation goals and long-term

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license or licensure in progress.

What You’ll Need
