Job summary

INTERFACE REHAB INC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CF for per diem roles in Live Oak, CA. Roles include flexible scheduling across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. You will deliver high-quality speech therapy, collaborate with medical teams, and document progress to support patient recovery.

Active California SLP license or eligibility is required. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $60.00 per hour, with PTO, holidays, 401(k) company match,

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license or eligible.
• Experience in post-acute care, outpatient clinics, or similar settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech therapy care to patients across settings.
• Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.

What You’ll Need

• Active or obtainable Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer a competitive hourly rate ($50.00 to $60.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the industry.
