Job summary

I3 INFOTEK INC is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for its Outpatient Rehabilitation Services in Pikeville, KY. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs, delivering individualized rehabilitation services to both pediatric and adult populations.

Outpatient rehab experience is preferred; coverage may include acute care/IPR and occasional weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active Kentucky SLP license or authorization to practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of travel SLP experience.
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Pediatric and adult experience preferred.
• Acute-care/IPR experience preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays when scheduled.

Location: Pikeville, KY

Contract: 13 weeks

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for its Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team.

The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing-related needs and provide individualized, patient-centered rehabilitation services.

Pediatric and adult outpatient experience is preferred.

Therapists may also be required to provide coverage in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation (IPR). Weekend and holiday coverage may be required, approximately one weekend every fourth week.
