Summary
An advanced practice therapist who demonstrates clinical expertise in the rehab area of their discipline. Outpatient experience preferred but not required. Acts as a clinical resource with advanced level competencies. Develops and implements advanced level, rehabilitative programs. Therapy treatments in accordance with Standards of Practice, applicable state licensure regulations, and departmental and hospital policies, to a variety of adult patients. Therapist will be floating to outpatient centers in Boston area to provide clinical coverage for vacant positions, leaves of absences and clinical volume. Opportunity to work with variety of diagnosis and patient populations across MGB network. Salary Premium over standard non float salary.
Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, fluency, and other related disorders.

Experience
Speech pathology experience 3-5 years required and outpatient experience preferred.
