Job summary

Qualifications

• Complete patient evaluations within 24–48 hours according to department protocol, setting appropriate and relevant goals.
• Implement effective and adequate treatment plans, modifying goals and interventions as appropriate while ensuring patient safety.
• Provide comprehensive patient and family education, utilizing various teaching methods suitable for their level of understanding.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to department policies for concise, legible records that reflect all interventions and assessments.

As our Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital clinician, expertly assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life. Every day, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients, meticulously implementing individualized treatment plans. You'll contribute clinical expertise to develop or upgrade treatment programs and protocols, and actively shape departmental and organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced clinical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Pay Range

$68.91 – $68.91 per hour.
