Job summary

Providence Seward Medical Center in Seward, AK is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (1.0 FTE, day shift) onsite. The role develops and coordinates SLP services with physicians, partners and families, and participates in direct patient care with the care team.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, Alaska license or temporary license, BLS through the American Heart Association, and CFY candidates will be considered with commitment after licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Alaska SLP License or Alaska Temporary License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Driving may be necessary; provide license and auto insurance upon request.
• CFY candidates will be considered with commitment after licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates and maintains Speech Language Pathology services with physicians and families.
• Assists in direct patient care and collaborates with the care team.
• Plans and provides aspects of care in line with ASHA standards.
