Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Upland, CA and surrounding areas. PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay and services are delivered in patients' homes and communities.

Our interdisciplinary teams build integrated treatment plans, focusing on durable outcomes and functional goals for neurological and complex orthopedic diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Completion of Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Upland, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
