Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Fullerton, CA and surrounding areas. PRN positions available, with patients accepted for the duration of their stay in patients' homes and communities.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans addressing speech and language, dysphagia, and cognitive needs. We emphasize evidence-based approaches and durable outcomes in home settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA required/strongly preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
• Collaborate with families, professionals, and co-workers to implement integrated treatment plans in patients' homes and communities.

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Fullerton, CA surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Qualifications

Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required along with a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA. Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred. Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
