Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in Poway, CA and surrounding areas. This PRN role involves in-home and community-based therapy with interdisciplinary teams to address functional speech, language, and cognitive goals.

Completion of a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with state licensure is required; ASHA CCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication in patients at home and in community settings.

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Poway, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
