Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to deliver patient-centered care in home and community settings. We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
