Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to deliver patient-centered care in home and community settings. This PRN opportunity supports a range of neuro and complex orthopedic diagnoses, with an emphasis on functional outcomes and family collaboration.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

  • Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
