Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities, delivering evidence-based rehab to children and adults across home, school, and clinic settings. You will design therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and functional communication for diverse populations.

Powerback provides mentorship for new grads and ongoing CEUs, along with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology that is consistent with ASHA requirements.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate speech disorders by designing and delivering therapy plans.
• Assess patient needs, design rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with patients to execute them.
• Provide patient-centered care across diverse settings, staying active throughout the day.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Education
