Powerback Rehabilitation in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to restore communication and swallowing abilities while guiding patients through individualized rehab plans.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy across settings, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families to promote independence, with opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and visa sponsorship where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• 2. Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits; design and execute rehab plans.
• Deliver effective and efficient rehab services across settings; collaborate with patients to implement plans.
• Work with patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive communication skills.
• Be a team player, able to refer to colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient care.
