Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to restore patients’ power through communication, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication therapy. You will design, implement, and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes across diverse care settings.

As a clinician, you’ll educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with a team, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented workplace. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA‑recognised program.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility to obtain CCC is required or acceptable.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rehab plans to improve speech, swallowing, and communication.
• Lead delivery of therapy services with focus on effectiveness and efficiency.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive communication.
• Collaborate with peers and refer as needed to ensure patient care.
• Support a dynamic, mobile work environment across multiple care settings.

Education
