Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by state

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and families to optimize rehab outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Support patient education and caregiver training for independence and function.
