Job summary

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our acute rehab therapy team. Evaluate, plan, direct and treat patients to restore function after disease or injury, with an emphasis on improving communication and swallowing abilities.

The role requires CCC-SLP or CFY, Oklahoma licensure eligibility, Master’s in SLP, BLS, and strong teamwork in a hospital setting. Competitive benefits and relocation sign-on options available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY in progress
• Oklahoma licensure eligibility or active license
• BLS required; First Aid preferred

Responsibilities

• Administers evaluation tools and tests; develops an individualized plan of care.
• Treats patients with speech/language disorders to restore function.
• Assesses dysphagia and provides MBSS recommendations to physicians/nurses.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
