CMU Medical Education Partners (CMEP) is a joint partner with Central Michigan University (CMU), Covenant Healthcare, and St. Mary’s of Michigan, located in Saginaw, Michigan. The faculty of CMEP collaborates with the College of Medicine faculty at CMU to deliver an innovative curriculum to CMU medical students.

The primary responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Master Clinical Educator include on-site clinical education in clinical and didactic classrooms and evaluation of students performing preventative, diagnostic, consultative, and individual and/or group treatment services in the speech-language pathology program. The SLP Master Clinical Educator schedules their assigned caseload each semester and coordinates clinical experiences that involve inter-professional education and practice and simulated/standardized events. This position may also involve planning and implementing collaborative programs on and off-campus that include clinical experiences, service learning, and/or community engagement programs. Additionally, the SLP Master Clinical Educator may provide direct clinical services to the community on a twelve-month basis and functions under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Instruction and Speech-Language Pathology Services or a designated representative.

$65,000 - $78,000 per year

Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. / weekends and evenings as needed
