POSITION TITLE: Speech and Language Pathologist - Long-Term Substitute (12/7/2026 - 3/19/2027)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Speech and Language Pathologist is responsible for ensuring that speech and language services are provided to eligible students. The Speech Language Pathologist is both an instructional and a consulting teacher who provides support services to students and teachers.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary and work year are in accordance with the current Master Contract and salary schedule.
CLASSIFICATION:Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Exempt
REPORTS TO: Director of Special Education and Building Principal
EVALUATION: Performance in this position will be evaluated in accordance with provisions in the current Master Agreement between the Colchester Education Association and the School Board. Evaluation will be completed according to the guidelines defined in the district's Differentiated Evaluation Process.
SUPERVISES: Instructional Assistants/Tutors as assigned
