Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the Woodland, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role focuses on delivering therapy aligned with IEP goals and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options. California licensure and CCC-SLP are preferred but not required at start.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in the Woodland, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on helping students improve communication skills essential for academic achievement and social development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
