Job summary

Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia seeks a Speech Pathologist for a pool of positions. You will diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing disorders in inpatient and outpatient settings, with a rotating shift.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, PA licensure, and CCC-SLP/SLP-LIC eligibility (CFY accepted). Basic Life Support is also required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• PA Speech Pathologist License required.
• CCC-SLP and SLP-LIC are both required or CFY eligible.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and treats speech, language, voice, cognition and swallowing disorders within a clinical (inpatient and outpatient) setting.
• Participates in established speech pathology programs including patient care and education.
• Establishes treatment programs and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans.
• Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.
