Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• New graduates may qualify with an SLP Intern license, pending full licensure.
• Must have current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider cards.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements comprehensive treatment programs for inpatients and outpatients.
• Provides supervision of patient care duties delegated to nonprofessional staff.
• Assists with managerial, administrative and educational duties as assigned by Rehab Manager.
• Performs professional occupational therapy treatment programs and related documentation on assigned patients.
