Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract serving students in the Reading, PA area. You will join a collaborative educational team dedicated to helping each child reach communication goals in an engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, assessments, IEP goals, and collaboration with teachers, families, and staff. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus state licensure and CCC-SLP eligibility, are essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure and CCC-SLP or eligibility.
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred or strong clinical skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs.

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop, update, and track progress on IEP goals.
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to support student success.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed.
  • Deliver therapy services that promote social, academic, and personal growth.
