Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-person healthcare team in Ada, Oklahoma. You will assess, plan, implement, and monitor treatment for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, collaborating closely with families and the multidisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
Prior SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with patients and families to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Provide education and counseling to patients and families about communication strategies and support.
Assist with discharge planning and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel following professional standards.
