Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a capable school-based speech-language pathologist for a full-time contract to support a K-12 caseload in the 2026–2027 school year across a district. You will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language delays while helping them reach IEP goals.

CCC-SLP or CFY candidates are welcome; licensure in the state required or eligible. Strong collaboration with teachers, families, and staff, plus excellent organizational and communication skills, will help

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or qualification as a Clinical Fellow (CFY).
  • Experience supporting school-aged students in speech and language development.
  • Collaborative approach and positive attitude with teachers, families, and educational staff.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language delays or disorders.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support student success across academic settings.
  • Offer support and resources to educators and families to help integrate strategies in the classroom and at home.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines.

Job description
