Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time contract in a PreK-12 school setting, about 30 minutes from Fargo, ND. The position runs for the 2026-2027 school year and offers meaningful opportunities to support students’ communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • CCC-SLP certification required or in progress.
  • Active North Dakota state licensure or eligibility required.
  • Experience working with PreK-12 students, including various speech and language disorders.
  • Strong communication and team-oriented mindset required.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, plans, and progress.
