Soliant Health in Jericho, VT is seeking a part-time speech-language pathologist to support preschool through 4th grade in a close-knit school community. The caseload is 15 students, with both direct and consultative services provided.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license (CCC or CFY) or SLPA with school-based experience preferred.
• Open to Clinical Fellows and SLPAs (supervision will be provided for qualifying candidates).

• Skilled in conducting assessments, designing and implementing individualized intervention plans, and collaborating with educational teams.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

• Take part in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision making.
