Falls City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Falls City, NE is seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with speech, cognitive, and swallowing needs while coordinating care with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders following standards.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services; refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers regarding speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
