WellCare & Nurture Pediatric Therapy Specialists in Colorado Springs is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home services. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, no weekend requirements, and a generous salary in the range of $79,300 to $122,156 per year, with benefits and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA, MS) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Current Colorado DORA - SLP License (or able to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient strengths and weaknesses across speech, swallowing, and/or communication.
• Develop, document, implement and re-evaluate the patient’s Plan of Care.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records for all patients.
• Instruct, educate, and counsel other health team personnel and family members.
