Role Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family‑centered environment.

Position Details

• Shift: Full‑Time, In‑Person
• Location: 815 S. Perry St. #200, Castle Rock, CO 80104
• Schedule: 4 x 10 hour shifts (Clinic hours: M‑F 8:00am – 6:00pm)
• Pay Range: $70,000 – $104,000 per year plus $10,000 Sign On Bonus
• Guarantee: Pay is bi‑weekly, and we guarantee your full compensation for the first 30 days of employment to ensure a smooth and supported start

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs
• Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of client progress

• Availability to work after school hours
