Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role near Sacramento, CA. You will evaluate, plan and deliver therapy to students, collaborating with teachers and families to support holistic development.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, CA licensure (or eligibility), and CCC-SLP. Pediatric school settings are preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification highly preferred.
• Pediatric or school-based experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders

• Maintain clear, detailed documentation to monitor and track student progress
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, counselors, and parents to ensure holistic, coordinated care
• Actively involve and educate families in the therapeutic process, offering guidance and support

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings is advantageous
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive both as an independent practitioner and as a contributing team member
• Must meet state and educational requirements for licensure and credentials
