Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CCC certification is required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
• Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress and needs.
• Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication recovery journey.
