Medical City Lewisville, part of the HCA Healthcare network, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN position on-site at our Lewisville, TX location. You will assess and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs, working with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Qualificações

• CCC-SLP certification or credentialing (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
• Active licensure or ability to obtain licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities using standardized assessments
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home strategies, and expected progress
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and care teams to support coordinated care
