Medical City Denton is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist PRN to support our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, working with a collaborative group to promote optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, structured workflows, and strong time management to protect clinical judgement and patient time. Prioritize patient-centered, compassionate care within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Experience with therapy documentation and care planning is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities using structured assessments and observations.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and families on goals, safety, home strategies, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehab staff and care managers.
