Job summary

The Manor at Elfindale in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Missouri SLP license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services supporting functional independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, families, and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and ongoing care needs.
