Responsibilities
Evaluate patients within 24 to 48 hours of physician orders.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Deliver therapies according to the plan of care.

Communicate progress and plans with healthcare team.
Participate in care conference meetings.
Conduct in-service training programs for staff.
Provide input for discharge summaries.
