Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Must be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 to 48 hours of physician orders.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Deliver therapies according to the plan of care.
• Maintain professional documentation in the medical record.
• Communicate progress and plans with healthcare team.
• Participate in care conference meetings.
• Conduct in-service training programs for staff.
• Provide input for discharge summaries.
