Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican in Rockford, IL seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and therapy services at the 9th St Clinic. The role is 90% FTE, Monday–Friday with a varying schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Required are a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current IL licensure, and BLS/CPR; CCC or eligibility for CFY with supervision is also required. Full benefits and a strong team await.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Current license from the State of Illinois is required before working as a therapist.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship year with supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health-care teams.
• Engage in ongoing education and CEU activities as required.
