Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a hybrid, full-time role in Parker, AZ. You will provide school-based SLP services, conduct assessments, plan treatments, and deliver direct therapy to help students access education.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to maximize student outcomes. A current AZ SLP license, DOJ/FBI Live Scan, and TB clearance are required, with strong organizational and communication skills emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

Pay Range: $55-$60/Hourly

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)

• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred

• One year of experience in speech therapy
• Department of Education certification
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
• Experience with school-based caseload management
