Point Quest Group seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a hybrid, full-time position serving K-12 students in Parker, AZ. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to improve communication skills in school settings.

This role involves collaboration with teachers and families, IEP-aligned services, and opportunities for licensed clinicians with DOJ/FBI background checks; includes benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the service state.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours if applicable.

Pay Range:

$55-$60/Hourly

About the Role

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K–12 school settings. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred

• One year of experience in speech therapy
• Department of Education certification
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
• Experience with school-based caseload management
