Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services for students in an Early Childhood school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, feeding (as appropriate), and early communication skills.
• Partner with teachers and families to promote carryover of skills across environments.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
