Responsibilities include:

1. Evaluating, directing, and delivering speech and language therapy services.
2. Developing and reviewing treatment plans regularly.
3. Assessing and treating speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders using professional judgment.
4. Administering and interpreting diagnostic tests and therapeutic applications, including audiological screenings.
5. Monitoring and reporting patient progress and condition changes.
6. Providing training on alternative communication methods when needed.
7. Offering counseling and guidance to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
8. Maintaining thorough documentation and timely reporting.
9. Participating in care coordination and discharge planning.
10. Upholding confidentiality and professional conduct standards.
11. Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from ASHA.
• Minimum six months of relevant experience.
• Current, unrestricted license and CPR certification.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual salary ranges from $101,600 to $139,700 for full-time employment, with benefits including paid time off, 401(k), employee assistance programs, and more.
