Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Therapist in home health practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Provide therapy interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function.
• Document progress and communicate with care team and family.
• Collaborate with nursing and physicians for coordinated care.
