Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The role is full-time and based in Shawano, Wisconsin, with daytime hours and licensure reimbursement. A state license and CCC-SLP are required, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
