Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an SLP or license eligible.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment: evaluate speech, language, voice and swallowing functions using standardized tests and observations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies and monitor treatment plans; educate patients and families.
• Document evaluations, progress and plans in medical records in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with other health professionals in multidisciplinary teams.
