Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy to residents, including evaluations, plans of care, treatments, and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or CFY, MA license, and ASHA certification, with at least one year in a long-term care setting. This full-time role offers excellent benefits, professional growth, and stability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC credential and MA license in Massachusetts required.
• ASHA certification or CFY participation required.

Responsibilities

• Screens residents for rehabilitation therapy needs.
• Completes Speech-Language Pathology evaluations per physician order.
• Establishes Speech-Language Pathology plan of care for treatments per physician order.
• Documents resident progress toward goals and completes required reports.
