Job summary

Big Stone Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Olivia, MN. The role offers 40-hour weeks with flexible scheduling and no weekend shifts, supporting you with housing assistance and licensure navigation.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and manage documentation per HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure or eligibility,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure or licensure eligibility.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR Certification.
• ASHA Certification (preferred).
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing and treating communication disorders such as speech, fluency, language, voice and swallowing disorders
• Developing, planning and implementing a personalized treatment plan to address patient concerns
• Working with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient care
• Educating and counseling patients and families on communication and swallowing disorders
• Keeping up to date on new techniques and trends in the field of speech language pathology and communication disorders
• Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports and making telephone calls
• Authenticating, preparing, and submitting documentation, ensuring confidentiality of all records, per HIPAA guidelines

• Setting: OP; IP
• Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour weekly guarantee
• Schedule: Flexible; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
