Soliant is seeking passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for contract, school-based roles across Maryland for the upcoming school year. Positions are available in elementary, middle, and high school settings with opportunities for K12 campus assignments based on your experience and preferences.

Position Highlights

  • Settings: Elementary, Middle, High School & K12 Campuses
  • Locations: Multiple across Maryland
  • Onsite roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and track student progress
  • Address areas including articulation, fluency, language, voice, and social communication

Qualifications

  • Masters in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Maryland SLP License (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred | Clinical Fellows considered
  • School-based experience a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
